摘要
目的:观察中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。方法:回顾分析自2010年04月～2011年11月收治的77例慢性萎缩性胃炎病例的临床资料,采用自拟益气活血汤加减治疗。结果:本组77例中,临床治愈41例,有效24例,无效12例,总有效率84.4%。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。
Objective： To observe curative effect of syndrome differentiation treatment to chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods： To review clinical datas of 77 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis from April 2010 to November 2011,adopting the Yiqi Huoxue decoction treatment.Results： Among the 77 patients,41 cases clinical cured,24 cases effective and 12 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 84.4%.Conclusion： Curative effect of syndrome differentiation treatment to chronic atrophic gastritis is accurate.
