外伤后顽固性头晕1例报告

One case report of post-traumatic intractable dizziness

患者头晕系头部外伤后所致,每因感冒,劳累头晕加重,每次发作自服"安乃近0.5g,土霉素0.5g,3次/d",症状多能缓解。本次因感冒,头晕症状加重,自服上药及输液治疗(药名及剂量不详)各3d,症状不缓解。经中医辨证治疗一月痊愈。本病例充分体现了祖国医学辨证论治而非辨病论治,更体现了中医"尊于法而不拘泥于法"的思想。

Patients with dizziness,head trauma caused due to colds,tiredness dizziness heavier,every attack from the service ＂analgin0.5g,0.5 g of oxytetracycline,three times as a day＂,the symptoms can ease.Cold,dizziness symptoms get worse,self-serving on the drug and infusion therapy（drug name and dose unknown） and three days,the symptoms was ont ease.Cured by TCM treatment in January.This case fully reflects the motherland medical diagnosis and treatment rather than debate the disease theory of governance,but also reflects the TCM ＂respect for the law and not rigidly adhere＂ to thinking.
