摘要
研究了麸皮、米糠水解液培养酵母的工艺条件。在最适培养条件下 ,酵母产量达 1 1 .0g/L(干 ) ,蛋白质含量达 45 %~ 5 0 % ,含有多种氨基酸 。
The technological conditions for culture of yeast by hydrolytic liquid of wheat bran and rice bran were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the yeast cell output was up to 11.0 g/L (dry basis) and the protein content was up to 45%~50%. It contained many kinds of amino acids and its effect was the same as fish meal.
