电液振动伺服系统流量非线性分析及其控制策略 被引量:1

摘要 针对电液振动伺服系统,分析伺服阀非线性流量特性引起加速度正弦响应中出现奇次谐波的原因。提出使用非线性AMFC方法进行控制,以减小加速度波形失真。通过仿真对非线性AMFC方法的控制效果进行验证,结果表明:该方法能较大幅度地减小加速度波形失真度,提高控制精度。 Aiming at the electro-hydranlic servo system of vibration table, the reasons why acceleration sine response appeared odd number times resonant wave caused by nonlinear flow characteristics of servo valve were analyzed. Nonlinear AMFC controlling method was proposed to minimize acceleration waveform distortion, and its controlling effect was verified by simulation. The simulation results show that using the method, acceleration's waveform distortion can be greatly reduced, and the controlling accuracy is enhanced.
