摘要
为了推广基于新一代GPS的几何误差计量技术,开发一种基于Linux嵌入式平台的GPS几何误差数字化计量系统,给出该系统的构成框架及其软件实现的关键技术。结果表明:所开发的系统不但可对产品典型几何特征(如圆度、圆柱度、表面粗糙度等)的数字化计量提供准确可靠的评定,而且移动能力好,大大加快了新一代GPS在工程实际中的推广应用。
In order to promote metrology technology of geometric error based on GPS, a digital metrology system of geometric error based on Linux embedded platform was developed. Results show that the digitized estimation result of products' typical geometry characteristic (such as: roundness error, cylindricity error, surface roughness and so on) is accurate and reliable. Because of being carried easily, the system can promote greatly new GPS application in engineering practice.
