恒负载时转速降落开环补偿方法与实验研究

Open-loop Speed Loss Compensation Method and Experiment Study under Constant Load

分析变转速泵控马达调速系统转速降落的主要原因,指出系统泄漏和电机机械特性均能引起转速降落,推导出转速降落补偿系数表达式,建立了恒负载时变转速泵控马达调速系统转速降落补偿方法。实验结果表明:在恒负载时,采用所提出的补偿方法能够很好地实现转速降落补偿。

The reasons of motor speed loss in variable-speed pump-control-motor governing system were analyzed. It was pointed out that system leakage and electromotor mechanical properties were the reasons. Speed drop compensation coefficient expression was derived, and the compensation method under constant load in variable-speed pump-control-motor governing system was built. The experiment results show that using this compensation method, motor speed loss in constant load can be compensated.
