摘要
以30MVA钛渣电弧炉电极控制系统的液压动力元件柱塞缸为例,给出其位移、速度及力与控制信号之间的关系,并分析柱塞缸伺服系统的动特性。采用基于状态变量的模型参考自适应控制方法并利用Lyapunov稳定性理论寻求自适应律,使系统状态收敛,改善了系统控制特性,并获得了较好的控制效果。
Taking the hydraulic power units plunger type cylinder of 30MVA arc furnace of titanium slag as the research object, the relationship between displacement, velocity, force and control signal was given, and the dynamic character of the plunger cylinder servo system was analyzed. The model reference adaptive control method based on state variable and Lyapunov stability theory were used to quest adaptive law. So the convergence state is achieved to improve its control character, and prominent effect is received.
