摘要 考虑到计算机控制具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、易于实现复杂控制算法以及方便修改控制规律和数据处理功能强等优点,开发了直升机浆距调节液压助力器电液加载计算机控制系统。讨论了该电液加载系统的组成和工作原理;详细介绍基于Windows+RTX的实时控制软件的设计方法;并对某直升机浆距调节助力器电液加载计算机系统进行了相关性能测试。结果表明:该软件系统稳定有效,实时性好。 Considering many advantages of computer control such as high reliability, high anti-interference ability, more easy in implementing complex control algorithms, more convenient in modifying control laws, high capabilities in data processing and so on, a electro-hydraulic loading system for a helicopter pitch adjusting hydraulic booster was developed based on computer control. Composition and working principle of the developed electro-hydraulic loading system were discussed. The design method of a real-time control software based on Windows + RTX was given in detail. Some relative performance tests were conducted on the electro-hydraulic loading computer system for a pitch adjusting booster of a certain helicopter. The results indicate that this software system is stable, effective and high real-time.
