摘要
分析除锈砂轮基体的传统生产工艺,指出其不足,提出采用专用数控辅助设备生产基体的新工艺方案,将基体原材料的利用率从传统工艺下的不足70%提高到86%,并且大大提高了基体的生产效率,减少了操作人员的数量,降低了生产过程中的安全隐患,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The traditional technology scheme for grinding wheel base was analyzed and its shortages were pointed out. A new technology scheme using NC auxiliary equipment to produce the base of grinding wheel was introduced. The utilization of raw material is improved from less than 70% to 86%, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the amount of operators is reduced and the safety in the production process is increased.
