摘要
为了降低三联拉设备夹钳故障出现的频率及故障处理的时间,根据三联拉设备夹钳液压控制原理图,分析每个方向控制阀在联拉机工作的各个阶段所起的作用,给出方向控制阀在各个阶段协调配合的原理图。该原理图通俗易懂,为夹钳故障的排除提供了科学依据。
In order to reduce equipment failure frequence and treatment time of the three series combined drawing machine clamp, according to the hydraulic control diagram of the drawing machine clamp, the roles of control vales in each stage was analyzed and the schematic diagrams of the direction control valve coordinating and cooperating in each stage were given. The schematic diagrams are easy to understand. They provide scientific basis for failure diagnosis.
