Status Analysis and Measures to Improve Farmers Income in Huaian City

"三农"问题是社会普遍关注的焦点问题,其核心是农民增收问题。概述了淮安市农民收入的现状,探讨了制约淮安市农民增收的因素,并提出了相应的对策和建议,以提高淮安市农民家庭经营收入,促进农民增收,为政府制定相关政策提供参考。

Chinese three-dimensional rural issue concerning agriculture,rural community and farmers has been a social issue of common concern,among which the core problem is the improvement of farmers＇ income.This paper provides an overview of the present situation of rural incomes in Huaian,and discusses the factors restricting the increase of the income.Besides,it presented relevant measures and suggestions on purpose to increase the incomes of the farmer households and provide a reference for the government to conduct the relevant policies.
