多元化与国际化——美国外交史研究的新趋势及对中国的启示 被引量：2

Plural and International——New Trends on U.S Diplomatic History Research and the Implications for China

摘要 随着中国的快速崛起,加强中国外交史研究的重要性与迫切性日益凸显。然而,在史实重建与个案累积尚且缺乏的情况下,中国外交史又面临社会史、新文化史带来的严峻挑战。长期以来,美国外交史研究始终处于同领域的顶尖水平,而1970年代以来,美国外交史在研究方法、取向、视野上受到的质疑,以及学界所作的回应,对未来中国外交史研究有一定的启示。未来的中国外交史研究应该加强与国际关系理论、国际法之间的互动;突破国家中心主义的束缚,重视非传统议题、非精英及观念因素的作用,寻求多元视角的外交史研究;尽可能与国外同行交流,将自己置身于更为广阔的国际视野中,凸显中国外交史的国际关系史特征,将外交史的国际面向和国内面向作为整体进行考察。 With China＇s rapid rise,it is imperative to promote the research of Chinese diplomatic history.However,while lack of enough empirical and case studies,diplomatic history in China is heavily challenged by social and cultural history approach.Given its leading role in this field,this article analyses the new trends on U.S diplomatic history research and the implications for China.Firstly,diplomatic history should interact with international relations theory and international law.Secondly,diplomatic history needs to transcend the state-centric paradigm and pursues plural views.Lastly,diplomatic history should become more international.
