摘要
运用文献分析法,结合国家有关文件法规,在对社会体育指导员队伍人才流失问题进行分析的基础上,提出稳定队伍建设、防止人才流失的对策建议:加大宣传力度,建立科学合理的准入制度和激励保障机制,通过改善工作环境,提高物质待遇和地位,打造优质人才队伍,细分资格证书迎合消费者偏好,增强市场竞争力等手段达到稳定队伍的目的。
Based on the analysis of relevant national laws and the brain drain problem of social sports instructors,the author puts forward proper advice on the stabilization of team construction and prevention of talents lose;have a lot of publicity and develop proper admittance and guarantee systems;improve working environment,material treatment and social status,train excellent talents;and then classify certificates for the consumers' preference;lastly,strengthen market competition.
