Application of InTouch configuration software during the removing ash & slag project at the power plant in Yimin

针对伊敏某电厂除灰渣工程,采用人机界面组态软件InTouch9.0进行监控系统设计。介绍了上位机控制系统的硬件配置,采用面向对象思想开发了完整的工程监控画面,实现了除灰渣工程的实时监控和生产运行情况的实时动态显示,自动报警和在流程图画面上实施对现场设备的控制操作。使用的结果表明,该系统操作简便、可靠,提高了电厂除灰渣的控制效率。

According to the ash project at the power plant in Yimin, the monitoring system has been designed taking the man-machine interface configuration software InTouch9.0 as development environ- ment. The upper machine control system hardware configuration was been introduced, a complete monito- ring picture of project was been developed using the object-oriented thinking, which has achieved a real- time monitoring and real-time dynamic display of production, automatic alarm and control operations of some field devices on the screen. The result shows that the system has featured with reliable performance and ease operation, and improved the ash ＆ slag control efficiency of the power plant.
