摘要
主要对采用S7-300系列PLC对X62W型万能铣床控制系统技术改造的具体方法进行了介绍,阐述了X62W型万能铣床的基本结构和控制要求。通过PLC技术改造以后提高了X62W型万能铣床电气控制系统的工作性能,并且使得控制系统的硬件电路得到了简化,工作稳定性更加可靠,抗干扰能力得到加强,大大提高了铣床的工作效率。
This paper introduces the S7-300 series PLC on X62W type universal milling machine control system technical improvement methods,elaborated the X62W universal milling machine the basic structure and control requirements.Through PLC technology improvement improves the X62W universal milling machine electrical control system performance,and makes the control system hardware circuit is simplified,the work stability is more reliable,anti interference ability is enhanced,greatly improve the milling efficiency.
