道地丹皮与非道地丹皮对2型糖尿病小鼠的作用研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:比较传统道地药材凤丹皮水提物与非道地药材亳州丹皮水提物对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂的不同作用。方法:通过一次性腹腔注射高剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制雄性昆明小鼠2型糖尿病模型,灌胃给药28天后,测定小鼠血清中各项生化指标。结果:给药后凤丹皮和亳州丹皮水提物都能显著地降低2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖(GLU)(P<0.01)、TC(P<0.05)、MDA(P<0.05),并能显著升高2型糖病小鼠的SOD(P<0.01)活性。结论:凤丹皮和亳州丹皮水提物均能显著降低2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖值,并有一定的调节血脂代谢和抗氧化的作用。凤丹皮降糖、降脂作用较亳州丹皮强(P<0.05),抗氧化作用较亳州丹皮差,但两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。鉴于两者作用效果的差异,在对不同产地药材的选用上,应加以区别和质控。 Objective: To study the effects of Cortex Moutan from authentic and non authentic regions on the levels of GLU, TC, TG, SOD and MDA in type 2 diabetic mice. Methods: The type 2 diabetic mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ and then the experimental mice were randomly divided into the model group, the group treated with metformin hydrochloride, the group treated with authentic Cor- tex Moutan and the group treated with non-authentic Cortex Moutan. The levels of fasting blood glucose, glucose tolerance and other blood biochemical indexes were determined after 28 days of the treatment. Re- suits: The authentic Cortex Moutan and the non-authentic Cortex Moutan water extract both could signifi- cantly reduce GLU (P^0. 01), TC (P^0.05) and MDA (P^0.05), and significantly increase SOD (P^0. 01) in type 2 diabetic mice. Conclusion: Both The two kinds of Cortex Moutan water extracts can significantly reduce the blood glucose in type 2 diabetic mice and adjust the lipid metabolism and antioxidant capacity without significant difference.
