我国青少年校园足球活动管理体制创新研究

采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家咨询等方法,从组织管理与新公共服务理论等角度,对我国青少年校园足球活动的管理体制进行深入探讨,在进一步明确校园足球活动目标定位和发展方向的基础上,创新性构建出我国青少年校园足球活动组织建构,并提出明确教育部门的管理主体地位、发挥政府主导作用、充分调动省市校园足球领导小组的主观能动性以及进一步完善监督机制和激励机制等发展策略,旨在完善我国青少年校园足球活动管理体制,提高管理绩效和实践成效。

With the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and statistics etc. , the paper made a research on the management system of the youth school football activity with the organization management and the new public service theory. It further clarified the target localization and developing direction of the school football, and innovated the organization construction. Also the paper suggests to manage a clear dominant position of the education sector, make the government play the leading role, fully mobilize the subjective initiation of provincial school football leadership team, and further improve the supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism.
