摘要
研究了在稀H2 SO4 介质中 ,Cu(Ⅱ )催化过氧化氢氧化偶氮胂M的褪色反应 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法 .方法的线性范围为 0~ 0 .0 80mg/L ,检测限为 2 .0× 10 7g/L .方法的灵敏度较高 ,重现性好 ,用于测定自来水中痕量铜时 。
The decolouring reaction which results from the oxidation of arsenazo M by Cu?to catalyze hydrogen peroxide in dilute H 2SO 4 has been studied.A new method of catalyic kinetic Spectrophotometric determination of trace copper has been establised.The decrease in colour is directly proportional to the amount of Cu?.The detection limit in this method is 2.0×10 -7 g/L.The linear respondence is in the range of 0~0.08 mg/L.The method has been used to determine trace Cu? in drinking water with satisfactory results.
