摘要
研究了在稀硫酸介质中 ,Zn2 + 催化过氧化氢氧化邻苯三酚红的褪色指示反应 ,建立了测量痕量锌的新方法 ,Zn2 + 的检测限质量浓度为 5 38× 10 - 11g/mL ,线性范围为 0~ 1 92× 10 - 2 μg/mL ,该法用于测定头发中痕量锌 。
A new method to determine trace Zn 2+ is formed according to the decolorizing reaction catalyzed by Zn 2+ which results from the oxidation of pyrogallol sulphonphthalein by hydrogen peroxide in H 2SO 4 medium.The decrease in color is directly proportroned to the amount of Zn 2+ .The method is highly sensitive with the minimum quantitative determination being 5.38×10 11 g/mL.The linear respondence ranges between 0 to 1.92×10 -2 μg/mL.The method has been used to determine trace Zn 2+ in hair with satisfactory results.
