胃上部癌的治疗体会

Experience of surgical treatment upper gastric carcinoma

目的:探讨胃上部癌的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2001年3月～2011年9月收治的92例胃上部癌的临床资料。结果:本组92例均接受手术、吻合口瘘2例(1例死亡,1例痊愈)。结论:根治性手术是胃上部癌治疗的主要方法,选择恰当的术式及规范的操作是手术成功的关键。

Objective ： To investigate the characteristics of upper gastric cancer and approaches to its treatment. Methods： The clinical data were reviewed in 92 upper gastric cancer patients, admitted to our department between Mar. 2001 and Sept. 2011. Results ： The total 92 patients underwent surgical treatment of the upper gastric cancers. One case was complicated with post-operative hemothorax, and leakage of anastomotic stoma occurred in 2 （one death and recovery in another）. Conclusion： Radical surgery is the important strategy to treatment of upper gastric cancer,and options of appropriate smgical method with standard operation may lead to successful outcomes.
