1例使用抗生素封管病人的护理体会

摘要目的:总结1例使用抗生素封管病人的护理体会,探讨使用抗生素对于深静脉置管病人的有效性和必要性。方法:对该例病人使用常规肝素钠中加用林可霉素做中心静脉封管,随访并观察治疗效果。结果:使用抗生素封管后患者的导管相关性感染发生率降低。结论:永久性置管使用敏感抗生素封管,对于导管相关性感染有一定疗效。
