摘要
宽厚板精整是剪切线的重要环节之一,精整区的钢板下线速度直接影响剪切线甚至整个轧线的生产节奏。首先介绍了宽厚板精整区码垛机控制系统的现状,针对目前存在的瓶颈问题以及莱钢宽厚板下线工艺要求,研究码垛机自动控制模型,从硬件设计和软件优化两方面入手,制定研究设计方案,提出相应的整改优化措施,实现了码垛机控制系统的全自动并应用于实际生产中。
Thick plate finishing is one important link of the shear line, steel referral speed directly influ- ences shear line or even entire rolling line production rhythm. The present situation of finishing area thick plate bundler control system was introduced. Aiming at the existing bottleneck problems and technological require- ments of Laigang Steel, the bundler automatic control model was researched. From the hardware design and software optimizing two aspects, the design scheme was laid down and put forward some corresponding rectifi- cation measures, realize the automatic control of the bundler system and apply it in practical production.
