摘要
水土资源是人类赖以生存的宝贵资源,其中表土资源尤为珍贵。简述了表土资源的价值、剥离表土在开发建设项目中的作用、表土利用的现状及问题,提出,剥离表土在开发建设项目中利用的建议。
The soil and water are valuable resources that the human depended on, especially the surface soil .this paper elaborate on the value of the surface soil, the use of the surface soil in the development and construction projects, the present situation and problems of the use of the surface soil .proposed the way of the surface soil＇s use.
