3300V矿用隔爆型无功自动补偿装置投切相位的分析研究

摘要 无功补偿装置在投切过程中,开关的分合闸操作会对配电系统产生干扰,引起过电压和涌流,直接影响煤矿井下的安全生产。为进一步提高煤矿井下3 300 V供电系统的供电质量,提出一种基于选相投切技术的自动无功补偿装置。选相投切技术选准了最佳投切相位,可实现无功补偿装置无冲击平滑过渡投切,有效地削弱电磁暂态效应,能保证煤矿井下供电质量。该无功补偿装置经实验室检测,取得了较好的效果。 During the process of switching reactive power compensation device, turning on or off switch will interfere with distribution system, which causes the over voltage or surge disturb of the power system, directly influences the safety coal production. In order to improve the power supply quality of underground 3 300 V coal mine, an auto-compensator based on phase select is proposed. Switching technique of phase selecting selects the best switch phase, this can realize smooth transition without impact, effectively weak the effect of electromagnetic transient and ensure the power supply quality at underground coal mine. This device has good effect by lab testing.
