基于LabVIEW的矿井主通风机状态监测及故障诊断预警软件系统设计 被引量:6

摘要 为进一步实时可靠地监控矿井主通风机的运行状态,软件系统采用LabVIEW作为开发平台,具有多参量采集程序、分析和评估程序、储存和显示程序等功能,能实现矿井主通风机电压、电流、温度、振动、局部放电、绝缘电阻的在线监测,同时可编写相关的信号分析、智能诊断程序,可实现电动机绝缘和机械状态的在线评估。该系统经现场试验运行表明,系统运行稳定,参数采集实时、准确,电动机状态评估可靠,符合设计要求。 In order to monitor the operation condition of coal mine main ventilator, takes LabVIEW as the developing platform, it has the functions of multi parameter collecting programme, analysis and evaluate programme, storage and display programme. The software can realize on-line monitor of coal mine main ventilator' s pressure, current, temperature, vibration, local discharge and insulating resistance. The relevant signal analysis and intelligent diagnosis programme are written at the same time. The motor insulate and mechanical condition is evaluated on-line. The operation shows that the system operates stably the parameters are collected timely and correctly. The motor condition evaluating is reliable and meets design requirements.
