摘要
针对市场上各种拖缆装置类型繁杂冗多、且各型号的拖缆不具备通用性所存在的问题,提出了改变拖缆装置的联接位置,可降低生产成本、减少设计人员的工作量,同时利用有限元分析软件对改进前后的拖缆装置进行了强度校核。
As an indispensable part of shearer, the streamer cables have many and diverse types in the market, but different types are not general. So puts forward a proposal that it can reduce workload and cost of production by changing cable connection position, which provides reference for design personnel. Meanwhile, the strength checks on streamer cable before and after improvement by FEA.
