碳酸二乙酯水解合成碳酸钡粒子及形貌控制 被引量:1

Synthesis and Shape Control of Barium Carbonate by Hydrolysis Process of Diethyl Carbonate

摘要 采用碳酸二乙酯水解合成超细碳酸钡粒子,通过分别添加不同的晶形控制剂,并控制其用量及反应温度,制备出不同形貌的碳酸钡粒子,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜对制备样品进行表征。结果表明,用此方法制备超细碳酸钡粒子的最佳条件是:氢氧化钡3.2 g,碳酸二乙酯2.5 mL,蒸馏水50 mL,最佳反应时间为40 min;产物为球状、片状、棒状等不同晶形的超细碳酸钡粒子,且粒度均匀,分散性好;并可对碳酸钡粒子进行形貌和粒度控制。 The superfine barium carbonate particles were prepared by hydrolysis of diethyl carbonate. Through adding the different controlling modifiers as well as selecting right amount and the reactive temperature, the different shapes ofbariun carbonate particles were synthesized. The particles were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that the optimal conditions of preparing superfine barium carbonate particles are that the mass ofBa (OH)2-8H20 is 3.2 g, the volume of diethyl carbonate and distilled water is 2.5 mL and 50 mL respectively, and the reactive time is 40 min. The shapes of barium carbonate particles are spherical, flake, rodlike and so on, their size is uniform and the dispersivity is good. It is indicated that the shape and size of barium carbonate particles can be controlled during the process ofdiethyl carbonate hydrolysis.
