在现代社会,为满足社会发展的需要,传统高校思想政治理论课需要不断地寻找创新点。思想政治教育与公民教育有着紧密的联系,但是两者也存在着明显的区别。在高校思想政治教育中实施公民教育,是推进高校思想政治教育创新的重要切入点。这需要在思想政治理论课大纲中突出和明确公民教育的目标;在其教学中突出公民教育的内容;并且,要改进和丰富其教学的手段和方式。

In modern society,to meet the needs of social development,the traditional political education needs to continue to look for innovation.Political education and civic education are closely linked,but there are some significant differences.To implement civic education in university＇s political education,is an important entry point to promote innovation in political education.This requires political theory to highlight and outline a clear goal of civic education;outstanding in their teaching of civic education content;and to improve and enrich their teaching methods and approaches.
