浅析除险加固帷幕灌浆质量问题与对策

Brief Analysis on Curtain Grouting Quality Problems and Countermeasures in Reinforcement Engineerings

为了提高水利工程除险加固灌浆质量,通过对帷幕灌浆施工技术的特点、流程及施工质量控制、工艺要求等进行探讨,对帷幕灌浆施工质量问题进行分析并提出对策;为确保工程质量,帷幕灌浆应严格按照技术要求进行操作,重点对孔位、孔序、孔斜、孔深、浆液变化、吸浆量、不返浆、结束标准、压力封孔等过程实施全方位控制。结果表明:帷幕灌浆施工质量问题通过采取措施是能有效控制的。

In order to improve the quality of water conservancy project＇s reinforcement grouting,the curtain grouting construction technology is discussed here,including its characteristics,process as well as construction quality control,process requirements and so on,its quality problems are also analyzed,and the countermeasures to it are put forward finally.To ensure the quality of project,the curtain grouting should be strictly in accordance with the technical requirements of the operation,and focus attention on the hole site,hole order,hole obliquity,hole depth,slurry change,grout acceptance,no slurry return,over standard,pressure sealing and so on for all-around control.The results show that the curtain grouting quality could be controlled effectively by taking measures.
