摘要
亚洲各国开放大学成功的借鉴英国开放大学办学经验,并立足本国的国情和文化创建本国的开放大学。亚洲典型的7所开放大学,在创立时间、立法保障、办学理念、办学规模及层次、经费支持、生师比、教学传递的模式、系统组织架构8个方面各具特色。深入分析与比较亚洲七国(地区)开放大学,可为建设有中国特色的开放大学提供借鉴和参考。
Open Universities in Asia are created on basis of integration of their own national conditions, culture background and lessons from Open University in UK. The seven Open Universities in Asia have developed their own features in terms of constructing time, legal guarantee, running concept, scale and level, budget, ratio of faculties and learners, instructional mode, organization. A careful and comparative analysis of these universities will benefit the construction of Open University in China
