血栓抽吸导管在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死介入治疗中的应用观察 被引量:2

摘要 在ST段抬高的急性心肌梗死患者中,尽管行经皮冠状动脉内支架置人术(PCI)术开通了梗死相关血管,但仍有部分患者发生慢(无)血流现象,导致心肌水平再灌注失败,影响手术疗效和患者的预后。近年来兴起的血栓抽吸术可有效去除“罪犯”血管的血栓,改善冠状动脉血流。国外研究表明,在常规PCI术前使用抽吸导管可以改善ST段抬高心肌梗死患者术后再灌注及预后。为此,将我院开展导管血栓抽吸术联合PCI术治疗的临床观察报告总结分析如下。
