广西高校研究生资助利益相关者共同参与机制存在的问题及对策

On the Participation Mechanism of the Stockholders in the Postgraduate-funding System in Guangxi

目前广西高校研究生资助存在政府资助权限过分集中、研究生资助政策体系欠完善、教育中介组织发展相对滞后、社会对各高校研究生的资助不平衡等问题,今后应通过稳步拓宽研究生资助的参与主体、加强政府宏观调控、加快教育中介组织建设、建立健全高校内部回应机制、扩大社会参与资助的力度和广度等途径,完善广西高校研究生资助利益相关者共同参与机制。

There are some issues in the postgraduate--funding system in colleges and universities of Guangxi, such as the over--centralization of the authority of the government funding, the imperfection of the postgraduate--funding policy system, the rela- tive lagging about the development of the educational intermediary organization and the imbalance of the social funding towards the post--graduates. In order to solve these issues and build a better participation mechanism of the stockholders in the post-graduate--funding system in colleges and universities of Guangxi, some measures should be taken,such as diversifying the par- ticipators, strengthening the government macro--control, accelerating the development of the intermediary educational organiza- tion,establishing and improving the response mechanism of interior university and calling up public funding in a much more broader and deeper way.
