摘要
深入研究高职新生的入学心态问题,适时适当地进行干预和引导,是增强入学教育工作的科学性和实效性,帮助新生和谐地融入大学生活的有效途径。通过研究,全面分析了高职大学新生的入学心态及其特征,并提出了建设性的引导方案,为高校做好新生入学教育工作提供理论支撑。
To study the mentality problems of vocational college freshmen, then, give them timely and appropriately interventions and guidance, is an effective way in helping new students start a harmonious college life through scientific and effective entrance education. This study fully demonstrates and analyzes the mentality and its characteristic of vocational college freshmen, and proposes a constructive guidance scheme to educate college freshmen and to provide theoretical support for the scientific devel- opment of college.
