摘要
目的探讨舒适护理模式应用于口腔科患者的临床效果。方法选取208例门诊行口腔疾病治疗的患者,按就诊先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组104例;对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上依据患者情况实施舒适护理;完成初次治疗和护理后,采用自行设计的患者对口腔临床护理工作的满意度调查问卷和患者对口腔健康知识的知晓度调查问卷,调查患者对护理工作的满意情况及对健康知识的知晓情况。结果两组患者对口腔临床护理工作的满意度分别为98.1%和93.3%;组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组对口腔健康知识的知晓度分别为72.8%和57.3%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以提高患者对口腔健康知识的知晓率以及对护理工作的满意度,可推广应用于口腔科。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort care model in dentistry. Methods According to the order of treatment, 208 cases of out-patient for oral treatment of diseases of the patients were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group (n=104). The control group was given normal care, the observation group in the gen- eral care of patients were given based on comfort care on the basis of the case. Control group were given routine care, and the observation group was given according to the condition of patients in routine care on the basis of comfort care. After completion of treatment and care, patients on oral clinical care satisfaction questionnaire and patient awareness of oral health knowledge questionnaire survey patient satisfaction with the nursing and health knowledge awareness. Results The patients satisfaction with oral clinical care were 98.1% and 93.3 %,difference between groups was significant (P〈0.05) ; two sets of awareness of oral health knowledge were 72.8% and 57.3% ,the difference between groups was sig- nificant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Comfort care can improve patient awareness of oral health knowledge, and satisfaction of nursing work.
