摘要
[目的]探讨整体护理在PET-CT检查中的应用。[方法]对1 160例受检者进行预约以及检查全过程各个环节的整体护理,包括饮食、血糖控制、显像剂注射、体位摆放、心理等方面的护理干预。[结果]1 145例(98.7%)受检者检查过程顺利,1 150例(99.6%)PET-CT融合图像质量合格。[结论]整体护理的实施有利于PET-CT检查过程的顺利进行和图像质量的达标。
Objective：To probe into the application of holistic nursing in PETCT check up. Methods：A total of 1160 subjects were given ho listic nursing during all links of appointment and the whole check,inclu ding nursing intervention on aspects of diet, blood glucose control, ima ging agent injection, body position placement and psychology. Results： the process was successful in 1145 subjects（98.7%）,the quality of PET CT fusion images was qualified in 1150（99.6%）, Conclusion. The ＂imple ment of holistic nursing is beneficial to successful check up process and image qualitv reaching to the standard.
