摘要
提出利用微波进行玻璃钢抽油杆无损探伤的方法 ,简述了反射法检测系统的基本组成 ,并以提取探伤信号的波峰中点对应采样点数、波峰面积、波峰峰值及波峰面积与峰值比作为特征 ,对气孔类缺陷的位置、体积。
Microwave nondestructive testing technology for glass fiber reinforced plastic sucker rods was presented. Testing device and processing system were described. Characteristics of reflected signals which related with the defects in sucker rods were analyzed. Testing result showed that the technology was reliable and effective.
