光皮树叶内源激素和氧化酶活性与生长势的关系 被引量:3

摘要 以光皮树不同无性系砧木嫁接苗为试材,研究叶内源激素(IAA、ABA、GA3、ZR)、过氧化物酶(POD)以及吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IOD)活性与嫁接苗生长的相关性。结果表明,叶内IAA、GA3、ABA、ZR单一激素含量与嫁接苗生长没有显著的相关性,而IAA/ABA、IAA+GA3/ABA、IAA+GA3+ZR/ABA的相对含量与其生长呈显著正相关,生长素IAA和GA3相对ABA含量高,光皮树嫁接苗生长快。叶片中的IOD、POD活性与嫁接苗生长势呈不显著负相关,高活性IOD、POD对嫁接苗生长具有抑制作用。 By taking the rootstock grafting seedlings of different clones Cornous wilsoniana as testing materials, the relationships of activity of four kinds of endogenous hormone( IAA, GA3, ABA, ZR), peroxidase(POD) and indole acetic acid oxidase (IOD) to grafted shoot's leaves and growth potential of grafted plants of Cornous wilsoniana were measured and the correlation among them were analyzed. The results show that there was little correlation between any single IAA, GA3, ABA, or ZR and the growth of grafted plants, however the ratio of IAA/ABA, IAA+ GA3/ABA and IAA+GA3+ZR/ABA had positive correlation with the growth of grafted shoots respectively, and the auxins IAA and GA3 had higher content than ABA, the growth of grafted plants of Cornous wilsonian was fast. The enzyme activity of POD and IOD in leaves had a little negative correlation with growth of the grafted plants, which restricted the growth of grafted plants of Cornous wilsonian.
