摘要
针对熔化极气体保护焊目前存在的问题 ,考虑到现有的机械式送丝机构响应速度较慢、控制性能较差的现状 ,本文在已研制的步进式新型送丝机构的基础上 ,考虑到实际焊接过程中多种因素的影响 ,通过所建立的专用测控系统对焊丝端部的实际动态响应进行了测试。
The existing problem in GMAW is the lower response speed and discontented controllability of the existed mechanical wire feeder Based on developed the novel step wire feeder,a special designed computer controlled detecting equipment was developed for analyzing the droplet in the welding process.The dynamic properties on the wire tip are tested.
