On the Teaching Resources Sharing Strategies of Northern Jiangsu Secondary Vocational Schools

目前苏北中等职业学校普遍面临严峻的办学形势,尤其是资源不能共享的办学瓶颈问题。从活用网络平台,共享知识信息;互换师资队伍,提高办学水平;开展院校合作,互用教学设备等三个方面提出了具体策略,通过这些措施以期促进教师资源共享的顺利发展。

At present, Northern J iangsu secondary vocational schools are facing a severe situation in run ning schools as their teaching resources can not be shared. In order to promote the sharing of teaching re sources, the article mainly proposes some concrete strategies from three aspects： Using internet flexibly and sharing knowledge and information exchanging teaching faculty and improve teaching quality, carry ing out intercollegiate cooperation and sharing educational hardware.
