摘要
本文对铣床铣屑收集系统的设计进行了论述 ,对物料的悬浮速度、料气比、速度比的确定进行了探讨 ,并介绍了管道阻力的计算方法。该设计方法对其它气力输送系统的设计具有指导意义。
The article expounds the design of the collecting sys^tem of copper scraps and discusses the methods of determi^ning the suspended velocity , the ratio between material and air and the ratio between material velocity and air velocity , and introduces the method of calculating the resistance of pipeline. This method can guide the design of other air con^veying system .
