当前中国城市化发展中亟待解决的几个问题

Exigent Problems in China’s Contemporary Urbanization Process

城市化是我国实现工业化和现代化的必由之路,理性认识我国城市化建设中存在的问题是推动城市化发展的前提。本文认为城市化建设的关键在于人力资源的提升,根基是基础设施的均衡建设,主要问题在于产业结构的调整,保障条件是制度创新。并从这四个方面分析了当前我国城市化发展中亟待解决的问题。

Urbanization is the only way leading to industrialization and modernization for China. It is necessary to thoroughly understand the problems in the urbanization process before any active efforts are made. During the development of urbanization, the key factor is the promo- tion of human resources, the basic factor is infrastructure construction, the primary problem is industrial structure, and the supportive condition is institutional innovation. The author therefore analyzes the exigent problems in China＇ s contemporary urbanization process from these four aspects.
