摘要
本试验旨在研究低剂量的肠溶型氧化锌与高剂量的氧化锌相比对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻情况的影响。选取45头21日龄DLY断奶仔猪,随机分为3个处理,每个处理15个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验期14天,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,普通氧化锌组在对照组基础上添加3000mg/kg的氧化锌,肠溶型氧化锌组在对照组基础上添加500mg/kg的肠溶型氧化锌,所用饲粮采用低温制粒。试验结果表明,低剂量肠溶型氧化锌和高剂量的氧化锌都能显著提高断奶仔猪的日增重,降低料重比,极显著降低腹泻率、腹泻频率和腹泻指数,说明低剂量肠溶型氧化锌能达到高剂量的氧化锌改善断奶仔猪生产性能的效益。
The objective of the present study was to investigate effect of enteric zinc oxide on the performance of weaned piglets. 45 21 - day - old weaning piglets were randomly assigned to 3 treatments based on body weight with 15 replicate cages of 1 piglet. Control group was feed with basal diet, ordinary zinc oxide group was supplemented with zinc oxide in the basal diet at 3000mg/kg; enteric oxide group was supplemented with enteric zinc oxide in the basal diet at 500mg/kg. All diets were pellets. The present results indicated that addition of low - dose enteric zinc oxide and high - dose of zinc oxide could improve the average daily gain and feed conversion ratio of piglet significantly, decrease extremely signifcant the diarrhea rates, frequency of diarrhea and diarrhea index and feed conversion ration. The results showed that addition of low - dose emetic zinc oxide could achieve the effect of high - dose zinc oxide on the performance of weaning piglets.
