旋转振动排痰仪在改善神经外科卧床病人呼吸状况中的应用

Application of rotational vibration expectoration instrument in improving respiratory conditions of in-bed patients in cerebral department

[目的]观察旋转振动排痰仪在改善神经外科卧床病人呼吸状况中的应用效果。[方法]将80例神经外科卧床病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组采用常规徒手叩背排痰,观察组采用旋转振动排痰仪进行排痰。比较两组病人排痰效果及血氧饱和度改善情况。[结果]观察组病人排痰效果及血氧饱和度改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]神经外科卧床病人采用旋转振动排痰仪排痰,可促进排痰、改善病人的呼吸状况,效果优于常规徒手叩背排痰。

Objective：To observe the applied effect of rotational vibration expec toration instrument in improving respiratory conditions of in bed patients in cerebral department. Methods ： A total of 80 in bed patients in cerebral depart ment were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each. The control group cases accepted conventional hand knocking back ex pectoration, while the experimental group cases used rotational vibration expec toration instrument, then to compare the expectoration effects and blood oxy gen saturation improvement. Results：the expectoration effects and blood oxy gen saturation improvement of experimental group were better than that of control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：rotational vibration expectoration instru ment used for in bed patients in cerebral department can promote expectora tion,improve the patients respiratory status, and its effect is better than that of control group.
