摘要
分析了轿车左右后纵梁拉深成形特点及板料的面内各向异性特征 ,应用 Barlat平面各向异性屈服准则 ,在不改变模具几何形状、压机参数和板料的机械性能的条件下 ,分析落料方向不同对其成形质量的影响 ,提出板料抗厚向变形能力小的方向与类 U型件开口方向一致时 ,不增加成本可以提高冲压件的成形质量。
In this paper,the drawing characteristic of a rear frame for automobile and the in plane anisotropy of blank are analyzed.Using Barlat's planar anisotropic yield criterion for orthotropic sheets,the effect of blanking direction on the forming quality for U type part is studied,providing that the geometric shape of the die tools,the parameters of the press and the mechanic property of the material are not changed.It is proposed that the forming quality can be improved when the direction of the weakest ability for resisting transverse formability is set on the same direction with the open direction of a U type part.
