On How to Enhance the Vocational Training and Promote the Socialization of Fire Protection

近年来消防职业培训的发展,在一定程度上满足了消防社会化和社会消防服务的需要。本文通过对我国消防职业培训的现状分析,深入剖析其存在的问题,提出合理化建议与对策,使消防职业培训能够培训出质量水平更高的职业人员,以满足消防工作社会化和社会消防服务的需要。

In recent years, our countrys vocational training of fire is developing and providing a large number of fire professionals to the society. The development of vocational training of fire has satisfied the needs of fire socialization and services of social fire to some extent. In this paper, we give some suggestions which aim at perfecting our country＇ s system through analyzing the status and the problems of vocational training of fire. These advices and countermeasures will help promote the development of Chinese vocational training of fire, cultivate professional staffs of higher quality to meet the demands of socialization and social services of the fire prevention.
