糖尿病患者心率减速力与心率变异性分析 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨心率减速力(deceleration capacity of hear rate,DC)与心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)在评价糖尿病患者自主神经功能方面的应用。方法对73例2型糖尿病患者和65名正常人群对照组进行24 h动态心电图检查,离线计算DC、HRV时域指标并进行比较和相关分析。结果2型糖尿病患者的DC及HRV各时域指标均比对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,2型糖尿病组DC与HRV中的总标准差(SDNN)呈正相关(r=0.597,P<0.01),与差值均方根(RMSSD)呈正相关(r=0.569,P<0.01),与pNN50呈正相关(r=0.501,P<0.05)。结论DC和HRV各时域指标有较好的相关性,可作为2型糖尿病患者自主神经功能检测的指标。 Objectives To investigate the application of deceleration capacity of heart rate (DC) and heart rate variability (HRV) to evaluating autonomic nervous function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods An amount of 73 patients with type 2 diabetes and 65 normal control subjects underwent 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram recordings. DC and time-domain HRV parameters were obtained through off-line calculation, compared and analyzed. Results DC and time-domain HRV parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈 0.05). DC was positively correlated with SDNN (r=0.597,P〈0.01), RMSSD (r=0.569, P〈0.01), pNNS0 (r=0.501, P〈0.05 ). Conclusions DC can be considered as an indicator for autonomic nervous function test in patients with type 2 diabetes, and it is positively correlated with time-domain HRV parameters.
