复方南星止痛膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical observation on "Compound Nanxing Zhitong Paste" for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的观察复方南星止痛膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将94例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组(54例)与对照组(40例),分别给予复方南星止痛膏与天和骨通贴膏外敷治疗,疗程21天。观察两组VAS疗效和总体疗效。结果治疗组VAS疗效有效率为92.59%,对照组为85.00%(P<0.05);治疗组总体疗效有效率为94.44%,对照组为85.00%(P<0.05)。结论复方南星止痛膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of “Compound Nanxing Zhitong Paste”in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Ninety-four cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 54 cases were treated by “Compound Nanxing Zhitong Paste”, and control group in which 40 eases were treated by “Tianhe Gutong Paste”, with a course of 21 days. The VAS score and clinical efficacy were observed. Results The VAS effec- tive rate was 92.59% in the treatment group and 85.00% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the overall effective rate was 94.44% in the treatment group and 85.00% in the cuntrol group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion“Compound Nanxing Zhitong Paste” has positive effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
