中西医结合防治急性放射性口咽炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of integrative Chinese medicine and western medicine in preventing and treating acute radiooropharyngitis

目的探讨中西医结合疗法防治急性放射性口咽炎的临床疗效。方法将80例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,两组均予根治性放疗。自放疗开始,对照组给予庆大霉素、维生素B12、地塞米松局部雾化喷敷,每天1次,每周5次,直至放疗结束;试验组在对照组基础上给予养阴清肺汤合桔梗汤口服。症状发生观察记录两组放疗期间口咽放射反应症状及口咽黏膜反应状况。结果组间比较,口咽放射反应症状出现时间、症状持续时间、症状发生程度、口咽黏膜反应程度及放疗中断病例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。试验组、对照组总有效率分别为85.0%、72.5%;组间急性放射性口咽炎疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药养阴清肺汤合桔梗汤联合西药局部雾化喷敷可有效防治急性放射性口咽炎。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative Chinese medicine and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of acute radioorophar- yngitis. Methods Eighty cases were randonfized into experimental group and control group, forty cases in each group were treated by definitive radiotherapy. From the beginning of radiotherapy, the control group was treated by local atomization spray of gentamiein, vitamin B12 and dexamethasone once a day, 5 times per week until the end of radiotherapy; the experimental group was added “ Yangyin Qingfei Decoction” combined “ Jiegeng Decoction”orally. The radioactive reaction of oropharynx and oropharynx mucosa were observed. Results There were significant differences in the time of radioactive oropharynx reaction, symptoms dura- tion, extent of oropharynx reaction, extent of oropharynx mucosa reaction and radiation interruption between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. The overall ef- fective rate was 85.0% in experimental group and 72.5% in control group; the difference in acute radiooropharyngitis was significantly between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion “Yangyin Qingfei Decoction” and “Qingfei Decoction” combined local atonfization spray of western medicine can prevent and treat a- cute radiooropharyngitis effectively.
