摘要
:企业的创新能力是现代企业最主要的竞争能力。企业的创新是一种集体协同的创新。知识集成不同于信息集成,它主要是对分散在企业中的、存在于员工头脑中的意会性知识和分散在不同协作单位间的知识进行集成。通过对集体知识的捕获、共享和集成,运用集体的智慧提高企业应变和创新能力。知识集成是CIMS的重要集成内容。本文对知识集成的概念、集成方式。
The collectivity cooperation innovation capability is the uppermost one of modern enterprise. In the paper, the conception of the knowledge integration is put forward. Other than the information integration, the knowledge integration is about the integration of knowledge which existed mainly in the brain of employee and is distributed over different cooperation units. In the knowledge integration, the collectivity knowledge is shared and rationalized, and the adaptability and the innovation capability of enterprise is improved by using the collectivity wisdom. The knowledge integration is the important integration content in CIMS. In the paper, the organization, management, models and tools of the knowledge integration are discussed.
