摘要
CAPP开发工具是实现CAPP商品化和CAD/CAPP/CAM集成的必由之路。本文提出的CAPP开发工具由构造工具系统和用户框架系统组成。用户框架系统是在构造工具系统的基础上,用来生成零件工艺的执行工具。它主要由用户信息模板读取、零件信息获取和检查、工艺路线生成、工艺文档输出、加工信息输出等模块组成。文中分析了实现用户框架系统的关键技术,面向系统特征和用户定义特征的加工特征类定义、基于柔性工艺决策原则的工艺排序优化方法和基于零件工艺结构树的工艺信息处理方法。
The CAPP developing tool is a necessary method to realize commercial CAPP and CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system. The CAPP developing tool proposed in this paper is composed of Constructive Tool System and User Frame System. Customers use the User Frame System to create process plan based on Constructive Tool System. It has the following functions: reading user system information template, reading and checking part information, creating process plan, outputting process documents and machining information. The key technologies of User Frame System are discussed in detail: manufacture feature class definition for all system features and user defined features, process sequence and optimization based on flexible process decision-making, process information operation based on part process structural tree. The CAPP developing tool has been used to realize two CAPP systems for non-rotational parts.
